  Great selection. Friendly, knowledgable staff, prompt service. However, beware of the low end Chinese junk. You'll be looking for a replacement sooner than you'd expect.

  I started working for the owner, Derek Snyder, of this establishment in September of 2017 as a delivery and warehouse laborer at $13/hour. The beginning of January 2018 rolled around with a solid four months working there and I had seen 5+ workers quit on-site during that time (it was literally a revolving door). My job mostly consisted of daily deliveries and mild work in the warehouse when workers were gone, sick, quit.. you name it. The warehouse started to suffer in terms of organization and serious trash build-up so ultimately deliveries were behind and customers were receiving the wrong items or missing materials leading to very frustrated customers and workers. Myself and other workers there (salesman, receptionist, etc.) could see the need for a better system in the backbone of the company. So one day when two more warehouse workers walked out within two consecutive days, I realized there was an opportunity for a change benefitting both Gallery Furniture and myself. The following day I purposed to Derek that he consider giving myself and co-worker (whom was on deliveries with me for the full four months prior) a raise to $18/hr (splitting one workers pay, but, even less) in exchange that we take on warehouse duties while maintaining daily deliveries. I even mentioned a new system that I had been pondering for some time to possibly improve the system of warehouse - deliveries so that everyone was satisfied. Was I hoping to make a career out of this opportunity? No. Was I eager to stay and fill a need and feel valued during a transitional time of my life? Yes. I desired to work in a working environment that makes sense and where there’s opportunity. Maybe I was hoping for a management position at some point, but, who knew. I had every incentive to stay regardless of the raise and was mostly happy with my position there. I simply saw an opportunity that I thought would be mutually beneficial. Derek said he would “consider the idea and if it didn’t work out, we would go back to the way it was” and “I’ll get back with you on Monday.” That was on a Thursday. Monday came and he let me know he needed more time to think about it “so Wednesday at the latest,” he said. As Wednesday morning arrived, I got out of my truck to head into work when Derek approached me to tell me I was fired. Did I receive an explanation? No. Colorado is an employment-at-will state. My guess? I say injustice. I say Derek ultimately does not desire to maintain a substantially healthy business with happy workers and happy customers. I say tyranny. So, to the future workers of Gallery: don’t expect much. To the repeat customers: don’t expect much. To the future customers: don’t expect much. My advice is to go elsewhere to work and buy your furniture, but, I’m just jobless. Hire me? I’m an eager individual for innovation, progress, and dedication.

  They have a good selection of living room, bedroom, & dining room furniture, even bar stools. We have made several purchases over the past couple of years & have been very pleased w the customer service as well as the quality of products. Delivery personnel are very polite & thorough. For a small fee they even moved a recliner sofa to our basement game room. We will continue to support this local, family owned business!
