  The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The manager is outstanding. A few months ago you would go in and there was a dark cloud hovering over everyone. I stopped going there for a while. Now everyone seems bright and happy to be there. They are all more personable with smiles on their faces. I'd say they picked the perfect person to manage this store. He's really turned everything around in such a short time. He's extremely knowledgeable. There isn't a question he can't answer. He drops whatever he is doing to help a customer find what they are looking for. He seems to relate to any type of customer who chooses to shop there. Needless to say I'm impressed. I will continue to be a loyal customer to this game stop.
