When I went in with the receipt they had to "check the cameras." After 5 minutes of waiting I was finally told the manager couldn't narrow it down, but here's $9. I had tried to take care of it the day before when it happened but no one would help me since the lobby was closed and for some reason they wouldn't deal with a simple refund through the drive thru. Been coming here for two years almost exclusively but I'll find somewhere else to go if it's this hard to get my money back for something I didn't buy.
